We are looking for an People & Talent Manager to grow one of Auckland's most exciting creative tech companies: RocketWerkz's new Auckland studio.
Our studio is a unique blend of creativity and technology where highly motivated teams work in a dynamic, problem-solving and collaborative environment. You will be a part of developing an world-leading video games studio in downtown Auckland.
Our goal is for RocketWerkz to be one of the most admired employers in New Zealand's interactive games industry and to attract talent from around the world to join us here in Aotearoa. We plan to double our Auckland team from 30 to 60 people and already have 50 employees in our Dunedin office. We will be investing in new offices and people processes too.
This is a role where you can have an impact every single day. If successful you will need to hit the ground running - managing all aspects of People and Talent. We are looking for someone who will drive culture and engagement, ensuring all staff have the best coaching and HR advice to enable them to be successful. You can help them unleash their inner geek and it can't hurt if you have one too.
